This site and the Port Levy System are still under development. Currently Liverpool Seafarers Centre are using the portal to generate Requests for Payments against Vessels visiting Liverpool.

The Port Levy System will offer many advantages to Service Providers, these include:
- Invoices can be created automatically based on Vessel type and size.
- Invoices can be generated within the system based on information added by the service provider.
- Service providers are prompted to create Invoices for any Vessel leaving the port.
- Simplified Reconciliation.
- Notes can be added against each Invoice.
- Ship Owners can approve payments.
- Easy communication between Service Provider – Agent – Owner.
