This site and the Port Levy System are still under development. Currently Liverpool Seafarers Centre are using the portal to generate Requests for Payments against Vessels visiting Liverpool.

The Port Levy System will offer many advantages to Agents, these include:

• Invoices from different service providers relating to each port visit are collated together.
• If a Service Provider is not on the Port Levy system, the invoice can be added manually.
• Simplified Reconciliation.
• Notes can be added against each Invoice.
• Ship Owners can approve payments.
• Easy communication between Service Provider – Agent – Owner.
• Simplified payment of invoices.
